Following on from the success of last year’s event, this third annual conference will address the key areas to develop offender’s skills and employment prospects from the recent Government guidelines, including the Reducing Re-offending Corporate Alliance; a new ‘employability contract’ for offenders; and a ‘campus’ model for learning to ensure continuity and coherence of provision from prisons into the community.
